Though I have much to write to you, I would rather not use paper and ink. Instead I hope to come to you and talk face to face, so that our joy may be complete. -2 John 1:12 |

i have been super moody lately. i’ve been a complete pain in the rear. and this has also been the semester from hell. i just want to be done. i want to end this semester well, see the boy, go to hawaii for two months, and then go to the beach with 5 of my favorite people. i feel like i’m in this really weird transition phase…like i’m supposed to be a certain type of person…mature, grown-up, and self-reliant…yet, i don’t feel prepared at all. i can see the end. i can see the light at the end of the tunnel and i can’t wait for it. i’m so excited and i want it more than anything. i want to get engaged, plan a wedding, find a job that i’ll enjoy and a good apartment in charlotte, and get married next summer. it’s all so exciting and terrifying at the same time. it’ll be great to be close to matt b/c we’ve never had that. not ever. he handles the distance much better than i do…i’m basically a wreck half the time. i just need that time together time and if i don’t have it i get frustrated and moody. i remember being in north pole, alaska and taking a love languages quiz with travis. it was really random and hilarious timing b/c i’d just finished crying over a boy i had no business crying over. so what did we do? we talked, colored, and took a quiz. i’ve always been a words person. i don’t believe anything until you tell me and even after that it takes a long while for things to catch on sometimes. just 3 more weeks of classes, two days of finals, and then it’s SUMMER!!! i can’t wait.
gah. so beautiful! happy friday!

A conversation between Harry Potter and Professor Snape:
“Yes,” said Harry stiffly.
“Yes,sir.”
“There is no need to call me ‘sir,’...
I got lucky and had today off. My kids on the other hand…didn’t get so lucky. Day off = bath time!
